We ship via UPS. Availability of merchandise is not guaranteed; should an item be backordered, you will receive a notification via email.

Buy Online, Pick-up In Store is available for out Brooklyn location only. Please use Coupon Code BKPICKUP in the shopping cart and also add a Comment at time of Checkout requesting the pick-up. If the goods are in stock, your order will be available at 101 N8th St. Brooklyn, NY 11249 the next business day after 5pm.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer returns and exchanges for 14 days from the date of delivery. Unopened and unused or defective items may be exchanged or returned for full purchase price.
Please email email@example.com or call 855-372-4247 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number; (F.S.C. Barber does retain the right to deny a refund should the circumstances not match our stated criteria). After obtaining your RMA number, please enclose a copy of the receipt and return the package via pre-paid, trackable carrier, making sure to include the RMA number in the second line of the ‘ship to’ address. Please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed.
