We offer returns and exchanges for 14 days from the date of delivery. Unopened and unused or defective items may be exchanged or returned for full purchase price.

Please email sales@fscbarber.com or call 855-372-4247 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number; (F.S.C. Barber does retain the right to deny a refund should the circumstances not match our stated criteria). After obtaining your RMA number, please enclose a copy of the receipt and return the package via pre-paid, trackable carrier, making sure to include the RMA number in the second line of the ‘ship to’ address. Please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed.

Orders shipped to New York and California addresses will be charged tax at the local rate. Should you purchase an item that then goes on sale within 7 days of your order, please contact us within that time to request a one-time price adjustment.
